About Your Instructor
Gino Ramirez, founder of Gino Private Label, a brand rooted in storytelling, intention, and technical precision. His work reflects a seamless blend of design expertise and emotional depth, with each piece crafted to tell a story.
In addition to building a successful brand, Gino also shares his knowledge giving back to the community through teaching and helping others discover their own voice in fashion.

Gino comes to AFI under the Education to Employment platform which recruits students who began their career through the education programs at AFI. With an associate's degree in business, Mr. Ramirez also brings knowledge and real-world experience to assist students looking to begin their own business. Additionally, Gino is an alumnus of the AFI Teen Academy where his journey began.

Industry designer and production specialist working with organizations to create new prototypes as well as maintaining an industry presence for Gino Private Label.
Under the tutelage of Richard Hallmarq served as an assistant designer working with fit models, fabric selections and more that lead to mass product development.
